Self-determination is a person’s ability to make decisions in managing their life. It means that being self-determined is a feeling that you have greater control of your own life instead of being controlled by people and the environment surrounding you.
When goals are set you know where to focus. It allows you to move forward and enables you to control and manage your business.
Leadership is not just about the title, it is about how you demonstrate the title you hold. Many people aspire to be a leader. In fact, the majority of us wanted to become a leader. Furthermore, many believe that as long as you are intelligent, you will become a leader. However, most of us missed the point that to become good leaders, we should be good followers first.
